How to Use AskAlex

  1. Open the Google Chrome internet browser on your Mac or PC. If you don't have this installed, please visit: www.google.com/chrome/browser.
  2. In the Google Chrome address bar, type "app.ask-alex.com". 
  3. Log in using your new email and password combination.
  4. Press "Call"!
  5. Select "Allow" for video and microphone access.
  6. Get live help over video chat and screensharing. 
  7. Receive an emailed invoice for $5, if and only if your problem gets solved.
